The Evans Property Initiative set up a booth at the 2024 Evans Heritage Festival to engage with the community and share information about the opportunities the City can provide under their EPA Brownfields Community-wide Assessment grant. The booth featured two poster boards, each prompting visitors to use sticky notes to share what they love about Evans and what they would like to see more of, especially along the Highway 85 corridor. Nearly 75 people, including children, provided their feedback.
